Jeff Mogan is a character who appears in the first book and Series 1 of the Demon Headmaster's Television adaption. He is a pupil and Deputy Head Prefect at St Champions, where along with Rose Carter he controls the prefects who oversee the student body. He is Hypnotised like the other pupils and is used to enforce the Headmaster's orders.

Along with Rose he is sadistic and cruel, taking pleasure in making the lives of SPLAT, an any other rebellious students, school life unpleasant. He especially liked torturing Harvey Hunter as he was an easy and vulnerable target. If The Headmaster's plan would have worked, he would have been allocated 100 children, the same as Rose.

After The Headmaster left St Campions, he like the other School Prefects would have gone back to normal, he may, like the other been ridiculed by the other pupils as he often made their lives hell but he will have gone back to normal after. He is played by actor, Jake Curran.

Jeff first appears in the first book where he attends St Champions school and is already in the position of Head prefect along with Rose.
